1. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet one of the following conditions:
a) Unopened and Unused Product
- The product must be new, unused, and still in its original blister packaging.
- The bottle must not be damaged or broken.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
b) Product Arrived Damaged or Broken
- If your product arrives damaged or broken, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
- Please contact us immediately after receiving the package so we can assist you.
