At SINS Hair, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products to support hair growth. However, if you wish to request a refund, please take note of the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet one of the following conditions:

a) Unopened and Unused Product

  • The product must be new, unused, and still in its original blister packaging.
  • The bottle must not be damaged or broken.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

b) Product Arrived Damaged or Broken

  • If your product arrives damaged or broken, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
  • Please contact us immediately after receiving the package so we can assist you.

2. Refund Request Process

3. Exceptions
